Delete my account data

Steps

1. In the Fundi Link mobile app, link an email address to your account and complete email verification.
2. Open this page from the Fundi Link app or your Play Store listing (partial data deletion).
3. Enter that verified email and complete the one-time code we send you.
4. Confirm your account details, select the data types to remove, and submit.

Data that can be deleted (when you select it)

• Professionals: timeline posts, services, verification data (requests, credentials, and verified status), comments, and chats.
• Clients: reviews you wrote, chats, comments, and job listings you posted.

Selected items are permanently deleted. There is no recovery period after confirmation.

Data that is kept

Your Fundi Link account remains active. We keep account identity and login-related information such as your name, phone number, email, account type, and profile settings that you did not select for deletion. Unselected content (for example posts or reviews you did not choose) also stays.

Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution (for example audit logs of this deletion request), typically for up to 90 days or longer if the law requires.
