Delete my account

Steps

1. In the Fundi Link mobile app, link an email address to your account and complete email verification.
2. Open this page from the Fundi Link app or your Play Store listing (account deletion).
3. Enter that verified email and complete the one-time code we send you.
4. Confirm your name and phone, acknowledge that deletion is permanent, and submit.

Data that is deleted

Your Fundi Link profile and associated in-app data are permanently removed, including account profile details, professional profile (if any), timeline posts, services, job listings, reviews tied to your account, comments, chats and messages, verification requests and credentials, notifications, and related app records we store for your user ID. Your app login (auth account) is also removed.

Deletion is permanent after you confirm. There is no recovery period.

Data that may be kept

We may retain limited information required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax/accounting, or dispute resolution (for example a deletion audit entry). Such records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes — typically up to 90 days, or longer if required by law — and are not used to restore your account.
